  Policy

  Orders: Many cultivars are in short supply so please order promptly so as not to be disappointed. Full payment is required prior to shipping. I accept checks and money orders as well as payment through PayPal.com. If paying through PayPal using a charge card, please confirm availability before ordering. If I am out of a particular cultivar and you have not provided a list of acceptable substitutions, your money will be promptly refunded.
  
  Guarantee: You are guaranteed two blooming-size fans, but usual there will more than that. I do not like to break or cut crowns, so you will get a natural division and these often have 3-5 fans or more. I send plants that I would be excited to receive, I want you to be excited also. I try very hard to keep names with plants, however mistakes do happen. Please notify me immediately upon arrival of your plants if you are not satisfied. I will be happy to either replace the plants or refund your money. In either case, return the plants with original tags attached as soon after arrival as possible. DO NOT PLANT.

  
  Shipping: Weather permitting, I will begin shipping May 1 or as soon as plants have recovered from winter and continue through September. If you need your plants shipped at a more convenient time for your growing area, please let me know. I will try to accommodate your request if at all possible. However, please understand that this garden is in zone 5. Plants are barely out of the ground in April, and are generally still small by May. Also, this is a one-woman-show. I do ALL the digging, cleaning, and boxing BY MYSELF (in addition to spring planting & weeding). The weather plays a BIG factor also. I do not like to dig while plants are stressed and they need a few days to recover from things like late freezes, thunderstorms, and windstorms. Please indicate your preferred shipping date and I will ship your plants as close to the time you request as possible. I ship U. S. Priority Mail unless otherwise specified. Shipping cost is $10.00 plus $1 per plant. Sorry, I can ship only within the continental United States.
  
  Pricing: Prices on-line supersede all earlier prices. Prices are for a minimum of double fans unless otherwise noted. I try to be as generous as my supply allows.
  
  Bonus Plants: I am happy to provide bonus plants for all orders. Bonus plants are grower’s choice. However, if you provide a list of substitutions, I will be glad to select gift plants from that list if at all possible

  Substitutions: If I am out of a particular cultivar, I will substitute with a plant of equal or greater value provided you have given me permission to substitute and have provided me with a long list of acceptable substitutions.
